  If you crave peace and wide open vistas this is the place, bordering open desert on all sides and with lots that accommodate the largest RV without feeling cramped. Most lots are over 1/4 acre and sit within a 40 acre park.
  
  There is spaces for overnight as well as for long term, rent is only $550 a year (2016-2017) and you can leave your rig and sheds here year around like most Snowbirds do. Very safe with a caretaker year around.
  
  We are a nice open community that get along well without getting in each others way and there is always someone to help with parts, advice or whatever may be needed by campers.
  
  There is a nice Community center with fireplace where we get together for needle point, crafts, card games, Bingo, Dinners and breakfast when we feel like it and also a great book and video exchange
  
  There is a nice shower and restroom as well as washing machines for clothes, a dump station for residents and a truck that will come around once a week and empty your tanks if you want it.
  
  Water is provided and most folks run on solar or Generators.

  Very low key. Water is on 1 hour per day. Lots of spaces avaliable. Great night telescope star park. No electric or wifi.
